BlackWhite.Singles Service Agreement

By using the BlackWhite community that BlackWhite.Singles operates on our website, currently located at http://www.BlackWhite.Singles and the BlackWhite mobile application, you agree to be bound by the Service Agreement whether you register as a member, or not. This platform consists of a website and mobile application.

1.Acceptance of Terms
The services of BlackWhite provides to User is subject to the following terms of use. BlackWhite reserves the right to update this agreement at any time without notice to the user. The most current version can be accessed by clicking the "Terms" hypertext located at the bottom of our webpage.

A.This agreement is applicable to all uses of BlackWhite.singles including the App. Users are responsible for all aspects of the user account and ensuring it complies with the provisions of this agreement.

B.BlackWhite maintains the right to make changes to or discontinue any aspect of the website or mobile application, including but not limited to, accessibility, content, and tools of operation.

2.Eligibility
BlackWhite.singles is available to individuals that meet the following eligibility requirements.

You must have never been a convicted felon and/or are not a registered sex offender. BlackWhite.Singles does not currently conduct background checks or screenings of its members. By registering to use this service, you acknowledge that you abide by this statement.

3.Use of Site and Service
A.Members are required to choose a username and password to access their member profile. Members are prohibited from using this service for commercial solicitation. Any user found to be in violation of this term will have their account suspended and legal action will be pursued.

B.BlackWhiteDating retains all rights to content, services, and other features of this website and App. No part of these platforms will be published, modified, transmitted, displayed or sold.

C.Users are responsible for all content posted in their profiles. Some or all of your information may be used to attract third party advertisers.

D.Users may terminate their membership at will, at any time, for any reason.

E.Any content that promotes violence, racialxual discrimination, false representation, or physical harm/hatred is prohibited.

F.Any content that solicits sexual propositions, sexual violence, pornography, or exploits individuals under the age of 18 is prohibited. Users found in violation of this term will be prosecuted.

G.Members agree that any content provided by the user will not display vulgar language, nudity, or be sexually explicit.

H.Users are responsible for their interactions with other users.

I.BlackWhiteDating is not responsible if technical difficulties leave your account inaccessible for any reason.

J.BlackWhiteDating does not tolerate members sending spam.

At any point, should a member be in violation of these terms, BlackWhiteDating serves the right to terminate their account without notice or reason.
